Come and join our award-winning team! We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef with direct healthcare or senior living culinary leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have: Hands-on background in clinical foodservice, including therapeutic diets, texture modifications, and compliance with physician-directed meal plans. Proven experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing dining operations. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission). Experience managing hourly associates in a healthcare/senior living setting. ServSafe Manager certification (required); CDM/CFPP certification a strong plus. Comfort with back-of-house sanitation and production standards in a clincal feeding facility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job SummaryThis individual will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff. You will prepare or direct the preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.
