About The Position

Provide high level administration support to an executive and relieve them of general and routine matters. The role involves providing administrative support, most often involving highly confidential and/or sensitive materials and situations. Responsibilities include staffing various meetings, creating summary reports, and preparing materials for distribution. The position requires greeting visitors, receiving and responding to incoming calls in a courteous and authoritative manner, managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely responses. Additionally, the role involves preparing correspondence, reports, and other materials from rough drafts or dictation, composing letters on routine matters, and assisting in preparing the executive for meetings by anticipating information needs and arranging information folders. The position may also act as a liaison between the office and others, making arrangements, preparing materials, overseeing project budgets, and posting information to the website. Furthermore, the role includes assisting in budget preparations by compiling information, analyzing past activities, and projecting future needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.
