About The Position

Work with publicly-listed and privately-held healthcare clients in raising capital, as well as provide strategic advisory services and evaluate types of financing alternatives. This role will be involved in both public/private equity origination and transaction execution. Will work on end-to-end on the transaction process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s: Accounting (Required)
• Bachelor’s: Business Administration (Required)
• Bachelor’s: Finance (Required)
• General Experience - 13 months to 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
• Draft pitch materials, investor targeting analyses and materials on transaction execution and process
• Maintain databases on equity transactions, offering syndicates, investor activity, and other metrics regularly used in pitchbooks
• Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs
• Liaise and act as the “bridge” with internal teams such as ECM syndicate, coverage teams, sales & trading and equity research
• Determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making.
• Apply appropriate analytical processes and procedures to support research schedules.
• Interpret data by examining patterns, trends, relationships, and implications to draw meaningful conclusions and answer critical questions.
• Professionally interpret financial information to support business decision making.
