About The Position

Healthcare Designer I Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: We are seeking a Designer skilled in Revit, 2D, and 3D software to support the Design Team in developing designs and drafting accurate construction documents. The role involves independently tackling design challenges, evaluating client requirements, building codes, and zoning regulations, and providing technical planning and coordination in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. Job Duties include but are not limited to: We are seeking a Designer to create accurate construction documents that capture clients’ vision and goals, analyze existing building conditions, and develop as-built reports (including some travel). The role involves building code research, exploring design options, coordinating systems with other disciplines, and performing quality control prior to submission for signing. Depending on project needs, the Designer may also have direct client interaction, contributing to seamless, high-quality project delivery. Requirements

  • skilled in Revit, 2D, and 3D software
  • Equivalent of a Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design or an Architectural Studies degree preferred, but not required
