About The Position

This is a fully remote quality assurance role that requires 3 years of healthcare insurance experience. Description Responsibilities: · Conduct quality testing for all benefit plans for client. · Collaborate with the AIS team during the plan-building process. · Utilize various systems to ensure plans are built correctly and meet client specifications. · Identify and address issues such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket settings, and mail pricing discrepancies. · Work closely with AIS counterparts to resolve any plan inaccuracies. · High attention to detail. · Strong internal communication skills (no phone work required). · Ability to manage and complete 25 plans per week. · Scorecard evaluation post-training. Minimum Requirements: Two or four-year degree required. Preference for degrees in Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or History, especially those with a strong research background. 1 year of Excel experience (no VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables). Preferred Experience: 3+ years of healthcare insurance experience. Knowledge of medical terminology, deductibles, copays, and provider language. Experience in a production-based environment is a plus (standard is roughly 25 plans worked per week). Must have 1 year of Excel experience and pass the test

Requirements

  • Two or four-year degree required.
