The Healthcare Data Analyst will conduct analyses and synthesize findings essential to the Office of Health and Hospital Affairs (OHHA). This position will manage research and data resources while collaborating across the OHHA team to implement projects regarding relevant health topics on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate has experience in creating reports and visualizations to interpret and communicate findings, such as identifying patterns, trends, and insights. The Healthcare Data Analyst will support projects with data-driven insight from complex analyses on priority health topics. Issues may include sensitive data and critical performance and policy issues. The data analyst's activities will also include the following: project coordination with subject matter experts in healthcare finance, healthcare workforce, strategic initiatives, health policy, and student health and wellness fields; develop dashboards, visualizations and narratives in the communication of findings; and provide data management-related technical assistance and recommendations, as needed.
