Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years related work experience.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, with strong preference for Looker.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Analytics, Health Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in the Utilization Management (UM) or Managed Care Payer space.
  • Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports that impact data driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, develop technical requirements, and provide analytical interpretations.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools for reporting needs.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in both structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain standard statistical models to support ongoing business needs.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
