About The Position
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients to assist with confirming pharmacy refills, annual wellness visits, ER Outreach for individuals with frequent emergency room visits, new authorizations, and additional projects as directed by leadership. This position is a 4 to 5 month contract with the potential to transition to a direct hire after the project.
