TEKsystems is hiring a fully ON SITE Healthcare Customer Service Representative in the White Plains area. Candidates must be flexible to work 11am-8pm shift after training and have weekend flexibility Description -Field calls from clients & customersregarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information -Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day -Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call -Field calls with the utmost level of customer service -Inbound phone calls -Pension plans, Disability, -High volume calls -Enter customer information - Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment - Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time - Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department
