Healthcare Customer Service Representative
About The Position
TEKsystems is looking to hire several Customer Service Representatives to work for a Healthcare client based in White Plains, NY. These positions would take place ON SITE in a newly furnished office. These are entry level positions with one of the top healthcare organizations in the White Plains, NY area. The pay rate was recently raised to $21/hr! These positions would interview right away and start as soon as a new hire was available. We are seeking an individual that would be generally responsible for: -Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information -Receive upward of 70-100 per day -Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call -Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
Requirements
- 1-3 years Call Center experience
- High call volume experience
- Flexibility to work 11-8 shift & Saturdays if asked
Responsibilities
- Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
- Receive upward of 70-100 per day
- Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
- Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
