About The Position
The Health Care Content Creator utilizes a deep understanding of consumer health care needs to research, design, and develop content pathways that fill existing gaps. This individual is highly collaborative, and able to work closely with clinicians, educators, the consumer experience team as a whole, and other stakeholders in the creation of content that meets the needs of internal and external audiences. This individual has demonstrable experience with condensing complex health care topics into information that is creatively expressed via the medium and language that is most likely to resonate with the intended target audience. Reports to the Director of Learning and Engagement.
