The Healthcare Consulting Senior Director in Human Resources, Talent & Culture has: HR Strategy & Process Excellence Proven ability to assess, redesign, and implement end-to-end HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, total rewards). Strong command of organizational design principles, workforce optimization strategies, and change enablement methodologies. Experience leading process improvement efforts, preferably using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks. Data-Driven Decision Making Ability to interpret HR, workforce, and operational data to uncover insights, diagnose root causes, and quantify impact. Skill in building models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support workforce planning and process redesign decisions.
