AECOM is seeking a Healthcare Construction Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves overseeing construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety. The manager will provide direction to contractors regarding field activities, create and review Requests for Information and Change Orders, and verify that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices. Additionally, the manager will provide technical support to Project Managers, assist in change order estimating and negotiations, coordinate and monitor schedule updates, invoices, and submittals, and review and manage the progress of contractors’ construction schedules. The position also requires reporting on the status of projects to the Project Manager, Program Manager, and Client, and attending client program meetings as needed.
