About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Healthcare Concierge to join our senior living community. This role serves as a welcoming presence for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a supportive, respectful, and engaging environment. The Healthcare Concierge plays a key role in enhancing the overall resident experience by assisting with daily needs, coordinating services, and fostering meaningful connections.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in customer service, senior care, hospitality, or healthcare preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with older adults
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Basic computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Nice To Haves

Experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care settings
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with residents and families

Responsibilities

Warmly greet residents, families, and visitors, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Provide guidance and information about community amenities, healthcare services, and activities
Support residents with non-clinical needs while promoting independence and dignity
Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare or administrative staff
Help coordinate events and activities within the community
Respond to resident inquiries or concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy at all times
Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and managing visitor check-ins
