As a Healthcare Business Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring accurate requirement gathering, testing, and communication across project teams. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders to support quality assurance and user acceptance testing while driving successful project outcomes. In this role, you will: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Perform quality assurance testing and support UAT activities to validate deliverables. Communicate daily progress to the project team and ensure requirements are addressed accurately. Utilize MS SQL for data validation and analysis. Provide support for QA processes and ensure compliance with project standards.   • Familiarity with healthcare domain, especially encounter data management (EDM).
  • Prior experience in healthcare encounter domain or EDM.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
