About The Position

Requirements

• Proven expertise in healthcare billing, specifically in ABA therapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Home Health Aid services.
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle management in these domains.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and technology-driven billing workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.

• Relevant certifications in medical billing or coding are a plus.
