About The Position

We are seeking a senior leader to fully manage client teams, projects, programs, and people, both internally and in client-facing roles. This position directs Designers and professionals day-to-day, ensures delivery of high-quality construction documents and project management, collaborates with executives and team leads across the firm, oversees financial performance, shapes team structure and talent, and supports marketing and business development initiatives. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive client and firm success are essential. Reporting to a Sr. Team Lead or Executive, this role guides clients and projects in alignment with strategic direction, manages budgets to ensure profitability, and drives high-level project delivery excellence. Responsibilities include contract execution and review, quality assurance, effective communication with clients, teams, and management, and fostering a collaborative culture that exemplifies the firm’s values. We are seeking a proactive leader to manage, train, and engage team members while supporting standard procedures and processes. This role includes conducting meetings, overseeing onboarding, tracking learning paths, providing guidance on goals and performance, approving travel, equipment, and professional development, and ensuring smooth communication between leadership and team. The ideal candidate actively models company values, participates in leadership initiatives, and supports team growth, engagement, and project success while maintaining oversight of administrative and financial processes.
