About The Position

The Healthcare Solutions Consultant plays a crucial role in advising partners on the utilization, optimization, and support of TruBridge Encoder Essentials APIs and Web Services. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its policies, regulations, and trends, to evaluate partner applications and identify areas for improvement. The consultant will develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, provide training and guidance to partners, and ensure successful adoption of products and services through effective implementation and documentation of technology integrations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience implementing API and HL7 technology.
  • Project management experience.
  • Technical consulting experience.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7+ years of consulting experience.
  • Experience with MS Office software - Excel, Word, etc.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, select, and test technology products required for solution implementation and delivery.
  • Understand the business needs of the prospect/customer.
  • Prepare and present materials to support the sales and training process.
  • Demonstrate the features and functions of the TruBridge Encoder Essentials solution.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the solution.
  • Create and manage implementation project plans.
  • Collaborate with content, training, and engineering teams.
  • Answer customer and partner support calls and emails.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Follow through on issues to resolution with attention to detail.
  • Act independently and as a team member when necessary.
  • Demonstrate expertise in specific applications and/or interfaces.
  • Stay updated on new software releases and maintain accurate implementation documentation.
  • Enhance client training and consulting activities with industry knowledge.
  • Provide timely follow-up with clients after training and implementation sessions.
  • Educate clients on the impact of TruBridge Encoder Essentials' software on workflow.
  • Monitor expected follow-up dates for implementation orders and alert management of timeline changes.
