OnPoint is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health Information Manager to lead the management, analysis, and strategic use of health data, especially information housed within our electronic health record (EHR) system. This pivotal role is central to OnPoint’s mission of delivering high-quality, data-informed care to the people of Allegan County. Under the guidance of the Director of Quality & Innovation, the Health Information Manager will oversee the integrity, accessibility, and application of health data across the organization. This includes supporting client-level treatment planning, program evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic agency-wide planning. As a key liaison across departments, this individual will champion data literacy and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a robust technical toolkit, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
