The Healthcare Analytics Integration Engineer serves as a critical bridge between healthcare operations and modern analytics and data integration. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining analytics solutions—primarily Power BI dashboards—that support clinical, operational, and leadership decision-making. The engineer will also manage and optimize data integrations and interfaces between internal and external systems, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and interoperability across healthcare platforms. A strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations is essential, as this role translates real-world healthcare processes into clean, actionable analytics and scalable data solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Translate clinical and operational workflows into meaningful analytics and data models
  • Build, troubleshoot, and optimize data integrations and interfaces between internal systems and third-party platforms
  • Work with structured healthcare data formats, APIs, JSON, and SQL to ensure accurate and reliable data flows
  • Monitor and validate data quality, integrity, and performance across analytics and integration pipelines
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues impacting reporting or interoperability
  • Partner closely with clinical, operational, IT, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Document data workflows, integrations, and dashboard logic to ensure transparency and maintainability
  • Continuously improve analytics and integration processes to increase efficiency and usability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, and data integrations
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations or clinical workflows
  • Experience working with healthcare data and interoperability concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or complex environments
  • Experience with healthcare systems such as EHRs, practice management systems, or lab/radiology platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
  • Experience supporting operational, clinical, or financial healthcare analytics
  • Ability to independently own dashboards, integrations, and data workflows end to end
