Responsible for ensuring compliance of the pharmacy 340B program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. Participates in the development and ongoing maintenance of policies and procedures for 340B program. Monitors 340B program updates, alerts via HRSA and Appexus websites along with available conferences and training programs. Supporting 340B ESP work. Performs and/or coordinates audits according to policy and/or regulatory requirements. This encompasses review and audit of patient eligibility, usage/dispense versus purchases, and registered sites in HRSA database. Maintains ongoing management of assigned 340B accounts including, but not limited to, contracted pharmacies – wholesaler purchases invoice review and approval; monthly review usage/dispense versus purchases; monthly review and drug expense review; and monthly 340B administrator expense and invoice approval. Maintain required 340B program records related to policies/procedures, audits, revenue, payments, invoices and community benefit, etc. Monitors program compliance, revenues and expenses. Utilizes 340B program, vendor, pharmacy and wholesaler software programs/portals/tools. Performs ongoing maintenance of 340B software drug crosswalk files. Supports business development activities. Collaborates, builds and maintains relationships with vendors such contracted pharmacies, wholesalers and 340B Program administrators. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
