About The Position

Help Redefine the Future of Primary Care in Boston “This isn’t a knowledge problem. It’s a system problem, and we’re here to fix it.” We’re not just building a healthcare startup. We’re building a system that works, one that restores Primary Care to its rightful place at the center of healthcare. Our team is rooted in Direct Primary Care and Independent Providers with a deep belief in preventive, people-first medicine. Now, we’re seeking Boston-based independent providers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to join our Advisory Board. If you’re motivated to escape corporate healthcare, reclaim your autonomy, and help design a better model for patient care, we want to hear from you. We’re creating a small, highly collaborative Advisory Board (5–6 members) that will work directly with the founding team. This is more than advice, it’s partnership. Our advisors will help shape strategy, test our MVP, and lay the foundation for a new model of care delivery that prioritizes both patients and providers.

Requirements

• Are a health care provider or seeking greater autonomy outside corporate healthcare
• Are Boston-based or willing to participate locally
• Believe in preventive, people-first primary care
• Want to help build something new from the ground up
• Bring creativity, problem-solving, and integrity to the table

Nice To Haves

• Board of advisor experience is valued but not a requisite

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insight on care delivery models and provider needs
• Advise on system design to support independent practitioners
• Support early community-building among Boston-area providers
• Share perspectives on patient experience and accessibility
• Attend strategic discussions and board meetings (hybrid/in-person options available)
