About The Position

The position involves performing general office duties that incorporate a variety of basic and routine clerical and secretarial tasks in a clinical environment. The role requires close supervision and includes responsibilities such as preparing and typing routine correspondence, answering telephone calls, greeting visitors and patients, maintaining filing systems, completing forms and reports, recording meeting minutes, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable functions. Additional duties include maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with medical records standards.
