The Healthcare Account Manager (AM) helps Beacon clients maximize their systems and solutions investment. The position involves selling hardware and software solutions from the full Beacon Healthcare Line Card. The salary range for this role is between $65,000.00 - $85,000.00, plus incentive compensation, commensurate on relevant education, experience, and other job-related factors. The Account Manager position is crucial in providing an exceptional customer experience. In this territory, you will be responsible for both named customers and strategic target accounts. The Healthcare Account Manager (AM) is tasked with achieving sales quotas and assigned account objectives. The AM must comprehend our customers needs and strategic goals to identify how Beacon can best assist them in meeting their objectives. Concurrently, the AM should act as an influencer, connector, and coordinator to ensure that the appropriate Beacon Team is assembled at the right time to deliver the relevant Beacon products and services. The primary aim for each Account Manager is to gain the trust of our customers, become a valued technology partner, and expand Beacon Communications' market share. The successful AM will utilize the extensive resources available at Beacon Communications, including Implementation, IT, Service Delivery colleagues, as well as other sales and management resources. This role is responsible for coordinating company executive involvement with customer leadership and collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing retention. The Healthcare Account Manager drives sales revenue by: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in their assigned accounts; Penetrating assigned accounts at both the IDN and facility level in the Healthcare Acute & Post-Acute Care markets; Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Critical Communication Technologies including Rauland Nurse Call products/solutions, to meet the needs of their customer accounts; Promoting Beacon Communications entire solution portfolio that includes Audio-Visual, Security and other Clinical Solutions including software. Maintaining an on-going account strategy for selling Beacon products and services to both named client accounts and New Logo accounts as assigned.
