Securitas Security is looking to hire an Account Manager for a large healthcare facility in Utica, NY. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years in the security or related field. Prior supervisory experience needed and candidate should also have 5+ years experience in healthcare or a related field. Those who apply should also have computer skills and have experience presenting in an executive setting. Duties will include but are not limited to staff management, scheduling, acting as client liaison between job site and branch office, customer service and overall site leadership. JOB SUMMARY: Manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. Distinguishing Characteristics: Performs a variety of management functions for assigned account; may be assigned a rank, as defined by client contract. Does not perform Security Officer duties except on a limited, relief or emergency basis.
