About The Position
A Place for Mom (APFM) is seeking a dynamic and driven Healthcare Account Executive (HCAE) to join our rapidly expanding technology company. This role is pivotal as you will be the face of A Place for Mom, engaging with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities in your designated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation and facilitate move-ins to senior living communities from your book of accounts. This position is not just about sales; it’s about making a real difference in the lives of families who are in urgent need of care solutions as they transition out of healthcare facilities. As an HCAE, you will work in a fast-paced environment, helping families find the right community or in-home care agency. You will be tasked with delivering on your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts. This involves developing, owning, and growing your book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory. You will cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, ensuring to follow up on discharge outcomes to reinforce the value that A Place for Mom provides. In addition to driving sales, you will educate families on their care options and collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure families are successfully moving into communities or hiring in-home care. You will also have the opportunity to pilot new initiatives and provide feedback to improve the tools and resources available to you. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a changing environment while maintaining a focus on achieving results.
