Preferred Mobile Wound Care is seeking a collaborative and experienced Account Executive to join their team in the West of GA area. In this role, the Account Executive will create impactful partnerships, foster long-term relationships, and help expand access to high-quality, home-based wound care services. Requirements

  • Home Health Care Account Executive experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Google WorkSpace.

Nice To Haves

  • Mobile Wound Care experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with home health regulations, reimbursement structures, and best practices is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value prospective partners and implement targeted strategies to secure and grow new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to educate referral partners on the benefits of services and help them identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless referrals and outstanding partner satisfaction.
  • Provide responsive, high-quality service to partners, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust.
  • Stay up to date on regulations, reimbursement policies, and trends within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute plans to deepen existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a knowledge of assigned territories and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Provide education and support to partners as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team in a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
