About the position
The job overview for the Healthcare Account Executive role at Quisitive is to strategically position Quisitive and Microsoft industry solutions within the Healthcare space. The Account Executive will work closely with the Quisitive team and regional Microsoft representatives to provide clients with business and technology solutions that bring value and benefit to their organizations. This includes developing and implementing a business development strategy, identifying and qualifying prospective clients, establishing and expanding the brand in the Healthcare industry, managing the sales process, and developing and maintaining a high-level understanding of Quisitive solution service offerings and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective business development strategy and lead the acquisition of strategic clients
- Strategize and execute account development plans
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through established business contacts and direct-selling
- Research Microsoft-aligned strategic accounts in the healthcare industry
- Follow up on Quisitive-generated marketing leads
- Establish and expand the Quisitive brand throughout the healthcare industry in the assigned territory
- Position oneself as a trusted partner and advisor to clients
- Manage the sales process and guide technical pre-sales resources and Microsoft solution experts
- Lead RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
- Develop and leverage Quisitive Microsoft field sales partnership to establish a joint sales strategy
- Support client-facing marketing events
- Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of Quisitive solution service offerings, Microsoft solutions, and industry/market trends

- Have 7+ years of sales experience selling healthcare software solutions and services
- Have established business contacts in the healthcare space
- Be able to react strategically in customer settings and discern client business needs
- Be able to juggle multiple priorities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Experience utilizing a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus) for sales management
- Familiarity with Solutions Selling or a similar sales paradigm/framework
- Experience selling to and interfacing with C-suite personnel: CEO, COO, CIO
Requirements
- 7+ years' sales experience selling Healthcare software solutions and services
- Established business contacts in the Healthcare space, including hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, bio, and pharmaceutical firms
- Ability to react strategically in customer settings and discern client business needs
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Experience utilizing a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus) for sales management
- Familiarity with Solutions Selling or a similar sales paradigm/framework
- Experience selling to and interfacing with C-suite personnel: CEO, COO, CIO
