About The Position
The HealthWise Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of the HealthWise Program, aimed at mitigating the effects of social isolation among older adults. This role involves developing a formal curriculum for coach training and client education, as well as creating measurement tools to evaluate client progress. The Program Manager will also supervise program coaches and ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the program's lifecycle.
