About The Position
The position involves providing health system expertise on healthcare programs and policies, serving as an advisor to management, and acting as a principal representative for healthcare and business optimization. The role requires analyzing administrative and clinical delivery systems to develop strategic focus for management team decisions. Additionally, the incumbent will provide technical and administrative oversight for clinical administrators and Service Line Business Directors, prepare reports and proposals for submission to all levels, and evaluate policies, procedures, and systems to monitor the utilization of healthcare services and clinics/departments that are mutually beneficial and cost-effective for the beneficiary and the government.
