About The Position

The Health Solutions Senior Consultant at Aon is a pivotal role focused on delivering innovative health and welfare benefits strategies to clients. Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in group health and benefits consulting or a related industry.
  • Robust understanding of benefits and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Executive by taking ownership and accountability for projects and deliverables.
  • Delegate assignments to team members and conduct peer reviews of their work.
  • Perform analysis, draft client presentations, and participate in client meetings.
  • Identify client needs for additional services and act as the primary day-to-day vendor and/or client contact.
  • Coordinate with internal resources including Centers of Excellence, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams.
  • Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners.
  • Draft and manage project plans.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
