About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of health services initiatives and strategies to benefit clients, members, and the communities we serve. Assigned duties are implemented in a manner appropriate to the segment of the business being targeted.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
  • Skills in computer literacy, critical thinking, interpersonal communication, organizing, and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site meetings and events as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing consultation and create customized work plans.
  • Conduct health information sessions and facilitate screenings as applicable.
  • Develop relationships and follow up on new and existing partnerships to increase use of health services.
  • Meet frequently with stakeholders to determine the need for various health products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to decision makers, partner organizations, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate changes in services, activities, measures, rates, and other information related to health services.
  • Work closely with both external and internal departments to determine population-specific health products recommendations.
  • Oversee all community, group and/or program activity as applicable.
  • Maintain and update databases, tracking volume of activity and detailing services provided and outcomes.
  • Develop, build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to form strategies and proposals.
  • Track volume of active services and analyze program results.
  • Identify and investigate emerging new opportunities within health promotion and quality improvement fields.
  • Partner with leadership in the design, development and testing of new health services products and initiatives.
  • Implement business plans, creatively solving product design, financial, marketing or administrative problems.
