Health Services Manager
About The Position
The Health Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all business office and front-end operations across Convergence Health Elko, including the Primary Care Clinic, Specialty Clinic, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This role ensures seamless coordination between departments, optimizes revenue cycle performance, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. This position provides centralized leadership to ensure continuity between the Primary Care Clinic, Specialty Clinic, and ASC, including scheduling, authorizations, patient estimates, and collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably across primary care and multi-specialty settings
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management, billing, and collections
- Experience with ASC operations preferred
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
