You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of team members as well as the residents. The ideal candidate will: Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion) as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a scheduler or in direct resident care. At least one year of clerical or administrative experience. Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Ability to maintain a cooperative and helpful demeanor and attitude while working with multiple interruptions and competing priorities.
