About The Position

Givens Aldersgate is looking for a Health Services Admissions and Marketing Supervisor to support our Health Services marketing team. Reporting to the Corporate Health Services Marketing Director, the primary purpose of the Health Services Admissions and Marketing Supervisor is to plan and develop a process that coordinates the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follow up process for Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. In this role, you will communicate with residents, families, and team members at all levels of care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with applicable sales and marketing experience.
  • 2 years' work experience with older adult population or any equivalent combination of training and experience while providing the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to fulfill the essential job responsibilities.
  • Long-term care or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and Maintain census and payer mix goals for our Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Meet or exceed occupancy goals, conversion targets, and monthly sales metrics for Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for Assisted Living and Memory Care through community outreach, referral networks, partnerships, and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM, including lead status, follow-up actions, and communication logs
  • Conducts follow-up communication with prospects, families, and referral sources to move leads through the sales cycle for Assisted Living and Memory care
  • Utilize the Admission Matrix and Scope of Service tools to determine appropriate placement and ability to offer accommodations
  • Follow the denial process ensuring all clinical and financial denials have been approved prior to submitting denial to the referral source
  • Participates in weekend on-call rotation to monitor and facilitate potential referrals
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
