About The Position

The Springs at Lancaster Village is hiring a Health Services Administrator , responsible for leading and directing the daily operations of our Assisted Living community, reporting to the Executive Director. Requirements

  • Current and valid Oregon Assisted Living Administrator's License
  • Strong computer skills with comfort navigating multiple platforms and applications
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Assisted Living or Senior Housing industry
  • Experience as a Caregiver, Medication Technician, or Resident Services Coordinator preferred
  • Prior experience managing employees

Responsibilities

  • Assures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to Assisted Living
  • Collaborates to ensure a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality through interviewing, hiring, supervising, evaluating, and counseling employees.
  • Assures adherence to the Health Services department budget
  • Leads the team to ensure employees are consistently educated and trained through preservice and ongoing CEU requirements
  • Assures resident service needs are consistently identified through initial screenings, evaluations, and service planning
  • Effectively and dynamically leads employees, inspiring confidence and motivating high performance
  • Assures the Executive Director is regularly informed of community status and any significant issues requiring guidance
  • Collaborates with all department leaders to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Maintains an environment where employees consistently feel valued and respected
  • Assures an environment where Assisted Living principles are consistently promoted, including choice, a homelike setting, independence, privacy, individuality, and dignity
