About The Position

The key goal of the Health Sensor HW team is to enable the best user- experience. New challenges arise everyday that require the sharp problem-solving skills of hardworking and smart individuals. The team features a collaborative and hands-on environment that fosters engineering excellence, creativity, and innovation. The job function includes: Lead sensor system architecture design and R&D for smart wearable products Design, select, and evaluate sensors including but not limited to: IMU (accelerometer, gyroscope) Optical sensors (PPG, SpO₂) Bio-signal sensors (ECG, temperature, EDA, EMG) Pressure, force, and environmental sensors Own sensor-related hardware design, including schematics, PCB guidance, and component selection Develop signal conditioning, calibration, and characterization methods Collaborate closely with firmware, algorithm, industrial design, and manufacturing teams System testing, and performance optimization Lead technical reviews, project schedules, and design documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sensor or hardware development, preferably in wearables, consumer electronics, or medical devices
  • Hands-on experience with sensor integration in wearable systems
  • Strong background in analog front-end design, noise, signal integrity, and low-power systems
  • Experience in sensor calibration, testing, and data analysis
  • Proficient with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with health-related sensors (ECG, PPG, SpO₂)
  • Knowledge of human physiology or biomechanics
  • Familiarity with low-power wearable SoC platforms
  • Familiarity with FDA / IEC / ISO regulations is a plus

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$300,000 + bonus + long term incentives benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
