About The Position

The Health Screening Event Coordinator/Patient Liaison is responsible for organizing health screening events and facilitating communication between patients and the medical office. This role aims to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients attending these events, while also managing logistical aspects and administrative duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in healthcare, public health, or event management is a plus.
• Previous experience in event coordination, healthcare, or patient relations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Smartsheets, Canva and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Willingness to travel to off-site locations for health screening events.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience of 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience in healthcare or patient relations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and organize health screening events at various locations.
• Collaborate with medical staff and marketing teams to coordinate logistics.
• Ensure all necessary equipment, materials, and staff are prepared for events.
• Monitor event attendance and collect feedback for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients attending health screenings.
• Assist patients with completing forms and understanding the screening process.
• Provide information about available services, follow-ups, and next steps after screenings.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of event attendance, patient feedback, and outcomes.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals as needed.
