Essential Functions Screens individuals' temperature using no-touch thermometers. Conducts health screening questions. Provides hand sanitizers and mask/face covering. Cleans and sanitizes workstation and supplies. Identifies and reports issues of safety and maintenance. May conduct additional health testing or screening as directed. Physical Requirements Work consistently requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support weight of 20 pounds in handling medical records, office equipment, and supplies. Possible exposure to communicable diseases. Intact senses of sight, hearing, smell and touch. Manual finger dexterity. Education, Experience and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer Service experience preferred.
