About The Position

Requirements

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 level in the Federal service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with older persons and some experience with counseling of adults.
  • Strong project management skills in clinical demonstration programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative tasks related to assigned clinical demonstration projects.
  • Assist in the implementation of detailed work plans to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and motivations of each member of the Clinical Demonstration team.
  • Manage study budgets and complete all progress and required reporting forms.
  • Set up and manage project databases, providing data entry and security.
  • Serve as a liaison to both VA and non-VA clinical care entities.
  • Coordinate activities between project clinical care entities, including arranging conference calls or meetings.
  • Provide timely communication of programmatic information and needs.
  • Facilitate timely access to address participant questions.
