Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments or similar industrial settings with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.
- Knowledge of EPA regulations related to hazardous materials handling and waste management.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation law and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for documentation of safety incidents and compliance activities.
- Exceptional communication skills to deliver effective training & development programs across diverse teams.

- Certifications OSHA safety training, and environmental management are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and local regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to determine underlying issues and prevent recurrence.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on topics such as OSHA standards, occupational health best practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain accurate report writing for incidents, inspections, audits, and compliance documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with management to develop continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety performance and environmental sustainability.
