About The Position
The HSE Manager at LANXESS is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and maintaining all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Management efforts at the Kalama Site. This role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and ISO 14001. The HSE Manager will lead a team of skilled HSE professionals, champion a safe work culture, and manage complex operations at a synthetic organic chemical manufacturing site.
