About The Position
The HSE Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and associated compliance programs at Unither Manufacturing's Rochester site. This role supports all areas of the pharmaceutical CDMO operations including manufacturing, packaging, laboratories, and warehousing. In addition to leading traditional HSE functions, the role will manage site cleaning programs, security vendor operations, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, and provide support for facilities maintenance activities. This position keeps informed of regulatory and industry standards and assists in the development of strategies and procedures to address changing trends.
