Required Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to area of specialization and three (3) years of experience directly related to the specialty area. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a relevant field. Experience in higher education. Experience supervising one or more full-time staff. Experience facilitating health promotion or other programs. Knowledge of and experience with implementation of evidence-informed health promotion programs. Experience with needs assessments and program assessment or evaluation. Certified Health Education Specialist ( CHES ), Certified in Public Health ( CPH ), or eligible and intent to become certified. Trained facilitator for the Green Dot bystander intervention program or the BASICS substance abuse prevention program. History of active membership in relevant professional associations (e.g., ACHA , APHA , NASPA , SOPHE , etc.)
