The Health Program Representative Lead is responsible for providing technical support and coaching/guidance to assigned staff who handle contact between Care Management programs and identified members. This role involves understanding and applying specific workflow, processes, departmental priorities and guidelines, resolving complex situations, and ensuring assigned staff are directed to the appropriate resources. The Lead will also gather information from various sources, keep team members informed of changes, assist management with PTO scheduling, monitor daily phone activities, motivate staff, and provide training and mentoring as needed.
