Under general direction of the HPAM III of the Behavioral Health Financial Review Branch, the Health Program Audit Manager (HPAM) II has full managerial and supervisory responsibility for professional and technical staff in the Federally Qualified Health Center/Rural Health Clinic (FQHC/RHC) Section II. Subordinate staff includes Health Program Audit Manager I, Health Program Auditor IV, Health Program Auditor, and Student Assistant. The HPAM II is responsible for audits related to FQHC/RHC Section II. Up to 15% of occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise professional and technical staff in the FQHC/RHC Section II.
  • Conduct audits related to FQHC/RHC Section II.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with other state agencies and partners.

Requirements

  • Eligibility based on results from the Senior Management Auditor exam.
  • Meet the minimum qualifications of both the Senior Management Auditor and Health Program Audit Manager II classifications.
