The Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB), Vermont's independent health care regulatory agency, is seeking Health Policy Analyst & Administrator. This position will help the board’s Policy Team stand up a hospital and health system quality and access measurement framework that can be used to support the Board’s regulatory work. Under the direction of the Project Director for Quality, Access, and Planning, this role will conduct independent quantitative and qualitative analysis, perform a range of regulatory duties, draft policy materials for diverse audiences, support stakeholder engagement processes, and coordinate with contractors and cross-agency partners to operationalize initiatives and statutory requirements. This role is well-suited for a driven health policy professional who thrives in rigorous analytical environments, works well independently and as part of a team, is comfortable with ambiguity, values public service, and is motivated to shape sustainable health system reform through principled, evidence-based regulation and oversight.
