Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, consultative Health Plan Lead (Senior Manager or Director level) to lead new logo acquisition across regional commercial and Medicaid health plans, as well as executive-level digital health organizations selling into payors. You will own the entire enterprise sales cycle - from targeted outbound prospecting to multi-stakeholder navigation to commercial negotiation and close. You’ll collaborate deeply with Product Marketing and Program Management to bring tailored, outcomes-based care-gap closure programs to payors. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact IC role with clear executive visibility.
