About The Position

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Experience team! In the role of Relationship Manager, you are responsible for overall client satisfaction to include providing superior service to the brokers and employers assigned to your portfolio. Providing superior service includes specific responsibility for member education, client communication plans and program analytics. This includes frequent, effective, communication with employer human resource professionals and broker partners to resolve issues that arise in the normal course of full-service administration of healthcare benefit plans that use a reference-based pricing model. The expected outcome of exceptional service levels is earning the renewal of each client, each year and retaining loyalty with the affiliated broker. This role should seek to build additional value to clients and enhance the overall client experience, which includes serving as a trusted advisor to the client. It requires coordinating all internal support services in order to achieve successful implementation and ongoing client satisfaction to achieve client renewal each plan year. This position serves all assigned clients by acting as a liaison between Imagine360 staff, clients, brokers, and vendors. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the client benefit plan design under their scope of responsibility. Finally, this role identifies ways of increasing revenue opportunities for Imagine360 while improving the plan results. Position Location: 100% remote

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3+ years of insurance agency and/or TPA experience specializing in employee benefit and self-funded medical plans.
  • Computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as navigation utilizing the internet.
  • Ability to resolve problems independently and demonstrate ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 30%.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to building new skills and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Must obtain Life and Disability Producer's License within six months of completing probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management and Client/Product Education
  • Accountable for the overall administration, retention and growth of your portfolio
  • Manage the onboarding process of new plans (or groups) and provide necessary education of TPA, ELAP/Imagine, or other related entities' products and services.
  • Support existing clients through the annual renewal process, attaining specific client retention rates as determined annually. This includes renewal of TPA services, stop loss coverage, claims review and audit services renewal and other vendors contracted with the health plan.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings on a monthly/regular cadence to report activity, key indicators, trends, and overall services results and recommend actions to improve performance and mitigate risks in adherence with the Client Success Plan.
  • Create comprehensive and ongoing client/member education programs and marketing tools.
  • Participate in health fairs, conducts onsite presentations, and directs employee enrollment meetings in-person or virtually.
  • Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposure.
  • Adapt and incorporate new duties and responsibilities related to client satisfaction as assigned
