About The Position
The Self-Funded Health Plan Benefit Summary Specialist at Health Plans Inc. is a vital role within the compliance team, responsible for the preparation and management of Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs) for clients. This position requires a highly organized and analytical individual with a strong understanding of employee benefits and regulatory requirements. The specialist will ensure that all SBCs are accurately prepared and compliant with the standards set by the United States Department of Labor, facilitating client onboarding and maintaining effective communication with various departments.
